Our policy is to hire the BEST and MOST Qualified staff we can find to take care of our center families.  We believe in treating our people right, and that happy and respected staff lead to the best in service.  We typically pay on the higher end of the range for those who truly love to see children grow.  We pay for the training we ask our staff to obtain, and treat them with the respect that educators deserve.
